Analysis of Islamic Educational Values in the Book Washoya Abaa'lil Abnaa' by Shaykh Shakir Al-Iskandari

Islamic education plays a crucial role in shaping the character and morals of children. The book Washoya Abaa'lil Abnaa' by Shaykh Shakir Al-Iskandari is an important source in Islamic education, providing guidance on the principles of child education. This study focuses on analyzing the Islamic educational values contained in the book to assess its relevance in the context of contemporary education. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the Islamic educational values in Washoya Abaa'lil Abnaa', as well as to evaluate the book's contribution and relevance to the education of children in modern times. This research employs a literature review approach by conducting an in-depth analysis of the text of Washoya Abaa'lil Abnaa'. This method involves studying relevant literature, comparing it with Islamic education theories, and evaluating findings through thematic analysis of the book's main themes. Findings – The findings of the study reveal that Washoya Abaa'lil Abnaa' contains comprehensive educational values, including morality, spirituality, and social responsibility. The book provides practical guidance that integrates moral principles with applications in children's daily lives. Conclusion: The book Washoya Abaa'lil Abnaa' makes a significant contribution to Islamic educational literature by offering practical guidance that remains relevant to modern education. The values taught in this book remain significant and can be integrated into educational curricula to effectively shape children's character. The integration of moral, spiritual, and social values in children's education is crucial for forming individuals with character and responsibility. Washoya Abaa'lil Abnaa' can serve as a source of inspiration for educators, parents, and policymakers in developing curricula that emphasize character education and social responsibility.
