IMPLEMENTASI METODE TALAQQI ONLINE DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI GURU DI SAVINA UMMATI QUR’ANIC CENTRE SEMARANG
Abstrak
Rumusan masalah dari tesis ini adalah Pertama, bagaimana implementasi metode talaqqi online dalam pembinaan guru Al-Qur’an, Kedua, Apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan metode talaqqi online, Ketiga, Sejauh mana keberhasilan metode talaqqi online terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru Al-Qur’an di Savina Ummati Qur’anic Centre (SUQC) Semarang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi dan pemeriksaan teman sejawat. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Metode talaqqi online di SUQC telah diimplementasikan secara terstruktur dan sistematis melalui media Zoom dan WhatsApp, baik dalam bentuk penyetoran langsung maupun setoran suara. (2) Faktor-faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan program talaqqi online di SUQC meliputi komitmen guru yang tinggi, tersedianya musyrif bersanad, lingkungan belajar yang Qur’ani dan kondusif, akses program tanpa biaya, serta dukungan teknologi digital yang baik. (3) Pelaksanaan talaqqi online terbukti mampu meningkatkan kompetensi santri Al-Qur’an, terutama dalam hal perbaikan makhraj, sifat huruf, panjang pendek bacaan, dan ketepatan dalam waqaf dan ibtida’.
The research questions for this thesis are: 1) How is the online talaqqi method implemented in Qur’an teacher development? 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of online talaqqi. 3) To what extent has the online talaqqi method succeeded in improving the competence of Qur’an teachers at the Savina Ummati Qur’anic Centre (SUQC) Semarang. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis involved data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was ensured through extended participation, persistent observation, triangulation, and peer debriefing. The results indicate that (1) the online talaqqi method at SUQC has been implemented in a structured and systematic manner using Zoom and WhatsApp, both through live recitation and recorded submissions. (2) The success of the online talaqqi program at SUQC is supported by high teacher commitment, the availability of sanad-certified supervisors, a Qur’anic and conducive learning environment, free program access, and robust digital technology support. (3) Online talaqqi has been proven to improve Qur’anic students' competence, particularly in articulation, letter characteristics, recitation length, and accuracy in pauses and starting points in reading.
